However dep5.mdwn no longer exists. It apparently got replaced with a
directory. So the information given here is wrong.

According to an irc discussion on #debian-devel there currently is no
universally correct way of specifying a Format header. Also see a
message from Lars Wirzenius on this issue:

I therefore suggest removing the faulty sentence. (No information is
better than wrong information.)
