Hi,

We are in the end of up the upgrade at the moment (started in the
weekend and at moment "src:xalan" is being checked).  I expect it to
finish later today (presumably within 3 hours or so).

Upgrades usually happen when one of us has time to start it, so I guess
that makes it "ad hoc".  :)
