Bug#620289: lintian: Incorrectly reports gz-file-not-gzip in tbb-examples

Are you running Lintian in the chroot so that you might have a different
version of file? Usually this problem is Bug#522441, but usually that bug
is reproducible on the same file.
Recompressing the file (changing the timestamp) usually causes it to go
away again.
