Hi,
I see your point. I made this check to help people spot a useless
dependency if they migrated to 3.0 (quilt).
I am going to reduce this tag to a pedantic ("certain/normal" =>
"possible/pedantic") tag. One of the problems here are that the check
does not have any information from the rules file available to it, so
looking for "--with quilt" or the cdbs-include is rather difficult at
the moment.
