Dear Maintainer,
If a package is created with an empty source .orig.tar.gz (as is sometimes
necessary for packages bundling multiple upstream tarballs), lintian fails
with the following internal error:
Use of uninitialized value $prefix in string ne at /usr/share/lintian/collection/index line 150.
