Hmm, we could create "sub-groups" inside a group; if there is more than
one sub-group, we would know we would need "extended" output format.

That being said, I would probably also add a flag for lintian to have it
"always on", so tools could just parse the version and architecture
directly from the tags instead of needing "-v".
