Package: lintian
Severity: important

I don't think this really belongs to the lintian package, but
the web site directed me here.

The tag manpage-has-errors-from-man has some false positives on
lintian.debian.org because the tests have not been run with the
current version of man-db. In particular, the 'errors from man'
listed at
<http://lintian.debian.org/maintainer/ben@decadent.org.uk.html#sgt-puzzles>
are not reproducible on an unstable system but are reproducible if
man-db is downgraded to the stable version.

Ben.

This was resolved by the upgrade of lintian.debian.org to squeeze in June.
The package listed in the bug report no longer has false positives on man
pages.
