Bug#621006: lintian: Variable substitution in "Maintainer" field in causes warnings and "no-maintainer-field" error

Thank you for your comments. I have understood the situation: the
substitution does not take place, and lintian is reporting the problem
correctly.

This bug#621006 can be closed with "won't fix".
