Bug#607502: Please add git-patches to %KNOWN_FILES in checks/debian-source-dir

Package: lintian
Version: 2.4.3
Severity: normal

Hi,

In gitpkg 0.17 we've added a hook for exporting ranges of commits to
debian/patches (so that those might show up in patch-tracker et al.
rather than just being included in the format 3 default blob).

The ranges to export are read from the file debian/source/git-patches,
which is also intended to be human readable, since you can git diff
those ranges locally, and could be used similarly by people people still
using home-brew patch systems (it's fairly deliberately not specific to
either gitpkg or format3).

We originally had that directly under debian/, but I'm a little loathe
to clutter the top level with it now that we have established subdirs,
and after discussion with buxy, he agreed debian/source/git-patches is
probably where it belongs and is happy for it to be there.

The only catch seems to be that lintian then reports:
E: unknown-file-in-debian-source git-patches

Adding this file to KNOWN_FILES in that check looks like it should be
all we need to do to remedy that now.

Cheers,
Ron
