Bug#588567: lintian: check for "a" vs. "an" mistakes

Package: lintian
Severity: wishlist

while cleaning up some old cruft, I stumbled upon this mass bug report of
mine quite a while ago concerning "a" vs. "an" mistakes in package
descriptions, in the discussion of which on debian-devel it was
suggested that I open a whishlist bug against lintian for some such
check to be included
(http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2005/03/msg01170.html ff,
where you also can find a list of "words" that may be a useful basis
for this kind of check).

As I couldn't find any traces of such a check in the most recent lintian
source package, here is the whishlist bug report, finally ;-)

The mass bug reports I created manually, so there is no script or
anything that I could provide, other than said list of "words".
