That's not a valid #! line regardless.  It would need to contain the full
path to the interpreter for that executable.  Were you planning on
modifying the #! line to contain the full path to the interpreter so that
it would become a valid executable?

It looks like hython and Houdini aren't packaged for Debian already (in a
few brief searches), so it's probably pointless for Lintian to know about
the interpreter.  It would just exchange one warning for another.

Given that Houdini isn't apparently available in Debian and appears to be
a non-free commercial application, I'm not sure there's much point in
including that plugin in the package as included in Debian, at least in
that directory.  Wouldn't someone who had purchased Houdini need to go to
extra steps to get that plugin to work properly anyway?
