Bug#570034: Do not report outdated-autotools-helper-file for cdbs packages

Okay, is it worth to add such a comment to the message, saying cdbs users
have to build‐depend on autotools-dev, because the recommends of cdbs is
not enough?

Or is a check

cdbs && grep autotools.mk debian/rules && ! grep autotools-dev debian/control

useful?
