Bug#593603: lintian: debian-watch-file-should-use-sf-redirector triggered even with SourceForge files page

I have the following watch file:

The reason for adding the second entry, is that Debian redirector
usually lags by two days or so. So uscan won't get me the up-to-date
upstream tarball.
Anyways, lintian gives me the debian-watch-file-should-use-sf-redirector
warning because of the second entry, although I am specifying the
SourceForge files browser page, not a download server. There was a
discussion on July on -mentors regarding the use of redirectors, and it
was mentioned [1] that SourceForge can be used without redirects using
proper mangling options.
