Bug#528975: lintian: Check for files in /usr/lib64
Package: lintian
Severity: wishlist
Hi,
Some packages ship a file in /usr/lib64/ on amd64, which
is a symlink (provided by libc6). This breaks the system
when that package is removed.
No package should ship a file in the directories /lib64/ or
/usr/lib64/, this is always an error.
The only package that should have /lib64 or /usr/lib64 in it's
package is libc6, but as symlink. There is also some udeb that
has that symlink, but I can't remember in which package it is.
