Bug#520640: lintian: Adding ${misc:Depends} causes false positive for dbg-package-missing-depends

Hello,

I have this in exim4:

Package: exim4-daemon-light-dbg
Architecture: any
Priority: extra
Depends: exim4-daemon-light, ${misc:Depends}
Description: debugging symbols for the Exim MTA (v4) packages
[...]

Which triggers
"W: exim4 source: debhelper-but-no-misc-depends exim4-daemon-light-dbg"
However if change the dependency to
"Depends: exim4-daemon-light, ${misc:Depends}" I get a false positive:
W: exim4 source: dbg-package-missing-depends exim4-daemon-light-dbg
