Hello Debian Lintian Maintainers,

Lintian includes a test "description-contains-homepage", however this
check is not triggered by packages that include in their description:
 
  Homepage: <http://www.example.org/>
instead of
  Homepage: http://www.example.org/

Maybe lintian should also catch this alternate syntax.
