Hi,

I went through the list of open bugs (including those marked as wontfix) and
marked the ones that IMO fit in the pedantic severity as being blocked by
the --pedantic feature request report.

If I missed something, or if anybody thinks that any of the checks should anyway
not be implemented please speak up. Suggestions, comments, etc, are all of
course welcomed.

At the moment I've marked myself as the owner of the --pedantic and comments in
the override file requests, although I plan to work on other requests
once --pedantic is implemented; but help is always welcomed ;)
