I did debate that a little, but they are the same as the existing
dh*-is-deprecated tags.

dh_clean(1) indicates that it is deprecated, but it doesn't look like
Joey's got round to making it complain too much yet:

if ($dh{K_FLAG}) {
        # dh_prep will be emulated (mostly) by the code below.
        # TODO deprecation warning
}
