Bug#562789: lintian warns about multibyte errors in man pages, but doesn't say where

manpage-has-errors-from-man just reports the output of man, so this is
probably a man-db or groff bug that it doesn't provide more information.
But before I reassign the tag, to double-check, do you have a UTF-8 locale
installed on the system? There's currently a problem with col with man
pages that contain non-ASCII characters if no UTF-8 locale is available,
so I want to rule that out first.
