Bug#539403: [lintian/desktop menu] point to helper tool desktop-file-validate for errors in .desktop files

We were not aware of the desktop-file-validate tool int he desktop-file-utils package.
The error message of an invalid category was not solvable by looking up the specs, but only by finding that blank after the officially terminating semicolon.
Lintian should indicate the nice validation tool.
