[SCM] Debian package checker branch, master, updated. 2.2.12-48-g608bfcc

The following commit has been merged in the master branch:
commit 608bfccb8f7508d406b2819a5b4d4944ac9955b8
Author: Russ Allbery <rra@debian.org>
Date: Sun Jul 5 02:48:44 2009 -0700

    Port remaining legacy manpages checks
Add a new-style test case for binary NMU versioning and retire the
legacy manpages test case now that everything it was testing is now
handled by the new test suite.
