Yay! :) Thanks.

Unfortunately the old-style test suite still manages to break it.
testset/relations/debian/control contains "Depends: relations(<< 3),
dpkg, ..." which is currently being split as "relations(<<" and "3)"
with a separator missing between the two.

I think I have a fix, which I'm just running through the test suite.
