2.2.11 release
I'm still way behind on various discussions as well as general BTS
catchup, but there are a lot of fixes already in Git, more than enough
for a 2.2.11, and it seems like another upload would be a good idea.
I'm running through the test suite and cleaning up some minor issues,
and then will go ahead and upload a new release before working on
catching up with other things.
I'm on vacation all next week, which may mean some additional time to
work on Lintian.
