Looks like Monotone doesn't take URLs; instead, it takes a hostname and a
repository name.  See, for instance:

    http://monotone.ca/docs/Synchronising-Databases.html

Something like:

    mtn => qr;^[\w\d.]+\s+\S+$;

looks like the right thing to use.  (The first regex could of course get
more complex in how it matches hostnames.
