Hi,

This is the output I get with 2.2.2:
$ lintian ../xserver-xorg-video-i128_1.3.1-2_amd64.changes

and with 2.2.3:
$ lintian ../xserver-xorg-video-i128_1.3.1-2_amd64.changes 
internal error: could not find the source tarball
warning: could not unpack package to desired level: Illegal seek
warning: skipping check of source package xserver-xorg-video-i128
