Bug#513336: lintian: dbg-package-missing-depends should work on the source package

Package: lintian
Version: 2.6.0
Severity: minor
Tags: patch

Hi everybody,

Attached mbox contains patches:

* adding a binary_field($$) method to Lintian::Collect::Source which retrieves
the content of the specified field for a given binary package from the source
package's debian/control file.
This addition simplifies some of the existing checks and helps in the dbg
check rework.
* making checks/{fields,relations,debhelper} make use of this new method,
taking advantage of caching.
* and finally, making dbg-package-missing-depends work on the source package
level.

The commit description follows:
> Run the dbg-package-missing-depends check at the source package level
> so it knows about all the architecture-dependent packages built by the same
> source package (i.e. all the other packages the -dbg package may depen on).
>
> This also increases the certainty and reduces the number of false
> positives by not expecting X from X-dbg to actually exist.
