Bug#496284: incorrect lintian warning: command-with-path-in-maintainer-script

Package: lintian
Severity: normal

I see this lintian warning about my package (fluxbox)
http://lintian.debian.org/maintainer/unera@debian.org.html#fluxbox

The command which called this warning is:

dpkg-divert --package fluxbox --remove --rename --divert \
        /usr/bin/bsetroot.blackbox /usr/bin/bsetroot

This command contains:
    1. run-part: dpkg-divert (without absolute paths)
    2. options/parameters: --package fluxbox --remove --rename --divert
        /usr/bin/bsetroot.blackbox /usr/bin/bsetroot

May be You could create the next algorithm:
    1. read the check file
    2. remove all comments from it
    3. concatenate length lines (\-ended lines)
    4. extract run-parts from line
(2 cases: full recognized, not recognized: error/warning)
