Bug#494919: lintian: Please add new interpreter jruby1.1

Dear lintian maintainers,

jruby1.1 will be uploaded today to unstable, and it provides
/usr/bin/jruby1.1 as an interpreter; could you please add jruby1.1 to
the list of lintian's list of valid interpreters ?
