The master file on which we will base our rejects will always live on
the ftpmaster host, as we
- want the full control over what gets rejected,
- want to change it without having a new lintian release.

The tags itself - i still have to go through all of the existing ones to
know all we want, currently i have some 9 or 10 only for sure.
