It looks lke this is one of those problems that we can't really test for
because dpkg-gencontrol fixes it behind our back. As more work has gone
into making dpkg-gencontrol smarter, more of those have turned up. :)
We'd have to check against the source package instead, but given that
dpkg-gencontrol doesn't care and produces good results, I'm not sure that
we care to check. I've added a comment in checks/description to note that
this test never triggers with a current dpkg-dev.
