I've added an experimental tag for this. As with the Redhat patch, it
excludes any library which also calls fork(); that loses us a bunch of
false positives and gains us a bunch of false negatives, but that seems
like the better side of the deal.

I wasn't entirely sure about the Severity and Certainty, so
suggestions / objections welcome.
