Unfortunately, no, because the harness doesn't trap the output from
lintian and do something useful with it.  I think there's an open bug
about that somewhere, although it may have been mentioned in another
now-resolved issue.

In order to resolve that issue, we would also need to figure out how to
suppress the messages from gpg that dpkg spits out right now on
lintian.d.o, or just filter them out from whatever stderr handling we do.
