Bug#487515: lintian.debian.org: doesn't show results for package in contrib

Contrib and non-free aren't checked due to limitations in Lintian, not due
to an intentional decision not to check them. Currently, Lintian only
knows how to process a single Packages list.
I've been wanting to work on that but haven't had the chance. At some
point, I may get time from Stanford to work on that so that I can do
Lintian runs against our internal repositories, which will require
multi-repository support and multi-architecture support for the
repository-wide run.
