Detailed report missing if maintainer has no lintian warning in their package(s)

Dear Lintian Maintainer(s),

First of all, thanks for making such good tools for Debian.

Well, one issue here! 

When some maintainer has 'no warning' from lintian run in their package(s),

http://lintian.debian.org/reports/maintainer/maintainer-email.html doesn't 
show 'information' tags of lintian.

For example see:
http://lintian.debian.org/reports/maintainer/kartik.mistry%40gmail.com.html

I know I have some 'Information' generated by lintian in some packages (ie 
festival, festival-doc etc)

Or is this bug with DDPO?
