I'm afraid I don't. After getting the source and building it, I get the
same lintian output as I get with the binary package currently in the
archive, namely:
windlord:~/tmp> lintian -I *.changes
W: tomoyo-ccstools: maintainer-script-empty preinst
W: tomoyo-ccstools: maintainer-script-empty prerm
windlord:~/tmp> lintian -V
Lintian v1.23.46
