Bug#454723: false positive: perl-package-should-be-section-perl dh-make-perl

I'd go for c) - The fact that a package uses a specific language for
its implementation (and its developer often states so in the package
name itself) does not mean the package in any way enhances the
language or provides resources for it or its programmers.

OTOH... I am uncertain regarding dh-make-perl's section - Of course, a
good criteria is to follow dh-make's section - but dh-make is a much
more generic tool, while dh-make-perl _is_ aimed at providing
resources to Perl programmers (or packagers, at least).
