It's correct later in the file in the changelog entry for 1:3.2.1-36, but
the entry for 1:3.2.2-1 is wrong. Here's the od -bc output:

0001520 157 156 054 040 164 150 141 156 153 163 040 114 165 101 055 163
          o n , t h a n k s L u A - s
0001540 141 040 114 157 165 162 145 156 101 247 157 040 050 103 154 157
          a L o u r e n A 247 o ( C l o

The correct sequence should be:

windlord:~> echo -n 'Luísa Lourenço' | od -bc
0000000 114 165 303 255 163 141 040 114 157 165 162 145 156 303 247 157
          L u 303 255 s a L o u r e n 303 247 o

This looks like the sort of damage that one gets when cutting and pasting
into an xterm that isn't in a UTF-8 locale or something similar.
