Hi Russ,

Possibly, but probably not. I'd prefer it to be on by default, rather
than needing an extra option if possible. Output something like the
last line of:

tack:~/debian/linhdd$ lintian linhdd*[scb]
E: linhdd: menu-item-creates-new-root-section Applications
/usr/share/menu/linhdd:3
I: linhdd_0.4-2_all.deb suppressed 2 warnings, 1 error using overrides

Does that sound reasonable?
