Bug#426469: lintian: Add jed as script interpreter

That warning seems to indicate that the script isn't using the full path
to jed-script in the #! line.  Is that correct, or is there also some sort
of bug in the lintian output?

If the full path isn't used, that will still need to be fixed; lintian
expects all command interpreters to be used with the full path.
