Bug#421011: [reporting] show co-maintained packages in web report

Package: lintian
Version: 1.23.29
Severity: wishlist

Per the message from Mike Hommey <mh@glandium.org> on debian-devel:

It would be great if developer lintian report would should not only
directly maintained packages but also co-maintained ones.

This will require some work on the data formats of the package lists,
since currently they don't include uploaders information.
