Bug#420526: lintian: false positive: clean-should-be-satisfied-by-build-depends python-central

I get the following warning from lintian:

E: mutagen source: clean-should-be-satisfied-by-build-depends python-central (>= 0.5)

However, python-central is not used in the clean target, and I cannot
see any reason why it would be, or even how you could usefully do so.
