Bug#418217: lintian: Please check for identical, non-linked binaries.

Hm.  Do you think this is something Policy should say something about, or
is it more a best practice kind of thing?

This feels like the kind of thing that, if lintian is going to warn about
it, should also be in either Policy or the DevRef.
