Ok.  I'm easy.  

My rationale for a warning is that I suspect the number of legitimate
cases of this will remain small, and I don't consider lintian overrides
to be a serious penalty.  But I'm equally happy if you want to focus
entirely on the non-free plus anything else combination, which I can't
think of any valid cases for.
