Hello Russ,
I have update lintian to 1.23.27 and run an incremental update
(results at the same place). This worked fine, so I think you can go
ahead and setup lintian.debian.org. 

The only (trivial) patch I use now is for the 'dpkg-source -q' issue.

Incremental mode is way faster than full mode, so it can be possible to
restore the daily lintian update.
