Lintian patch
Hi, I've made a patch to lintian to check LSB compliance. If
you could take a look I would make the required
modifications so it would be easier for you to include. The
patch is part of the bug report 377740:

LSB compliance is important to be able to check boot script
order, and also to be able to start boot scripts in
parallel, it is important to know the dependencies of the
various boot scripts. Many maintainers forget to add LSB
compliant headers in their init-scripts and this could be
avoided if lintian detected this fault.
