Bug#366531: [false positive] lintian fails to retrieve debhelper versioned dependency from control file

Package: lintian
Severity: normal

With the following debian/control snippet I get this lintian error,
which goes away if I remove the dependency on zope-debhelper.

E: zope-cachefu source: package-lacks-versioned-build-depends-on-debhelper 5

debian/control:

  Source: zope-cachefu
  ...
  Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 5.0.0)
  Build-Depends-Indep: zope-debhelper (>= 0.3.2.7), lsb-release
