Bug#364297: missing-dh_python-build-dependency does not check build-dep-indep

Hello dear lintian maintainers,

It seems that missing-dh_python-build-dependency does not check build-dep-indep
since svnmailer 1.0.8-4 has a build-depends-indep on python, but I get
an error:
E: svnmailer source: missing-dh_python-build-dependency
