Bug#357839: marked as done ([frontend] report unused overrides)

The lintian frontend has options to ignore overrides and report which
overrides are triggered, but no option to report which overrides don't
trigger.  Since people add overrides to work around lintian bugs from
time to time, it would be good to have such an option to help with later
cleanup.

I see that unused overrides is already an I: tag.  I need to use -I more
often.  No need for another option.
