SUGGESTION

Add WARNING checks for the above case, where description string,
something like:

- "W: [control::Description] Starts with a capital letter (make it lowercase)"
- "W: [control::Description] 1st line contains period at the end line"

I was right but blind: description-synopsis-might-not-be-phrased-properly
checks for that.
