Hm, actually, I don't see any point in continuing to warn about this at
all.  We don't want to encourage people to repackage the upstream
distribution unless necessary, and given that current packages are not
required to support oldstable, it's not necessary any longer to avoid
POSIX tar.

Unless someone disagrees, my inclination is to remove this tag entirely.
